Hopefully the photos will explain why we will have to pull back closer to $360k (not below) sale profit to you after commissions. I'm more than happy to roll up my sleeves to help you get these touchups/cleanups done...it would take me an awfully long time to do alone though, so if you have some helping hands you could send over we could get these fixes done pretty easily working together. After that I would handle all the staging, a really great professional photographer, get our marketing going and get you some offers!
