I've never had a realtor that I've kept consistently; they've all seemed to be pretty standard with some fairing a bit better than others. Salem completely surprised me and I now have "my realtor". In the process of selling my girlfriend's house, I was fairly confident that we would get put through the ringer by the buyer. It was in need of a lot of love and we knew that when first buying it, but it was a great place for her for some time.

Salem assured us that we would do well this sale even though I had my doubts. I balked a bit at the suggestion of staging because why bother with a place like this ? ... I have learned to trust her completely. The staged house looked completely different and amazing.

Salem is the BEST. She provided patience when I was frustrated, an ear when I needed to vent, and a willingness to roll up her sleeves and make things happen along side me (lawn crew, handyman when mine didn't show, plumber and drywall repair person at the last minute). She even took the initiative to paint the mud room and make our THIRD paint sample work for touch ups in the bedroom! I would not have made it through this highly physical and emotional time (selling the family home of 23 years) without Salem. I can't wait to work with her to find my next home!

Our realtor did an amazing job selling our home! Yep, many people say that..... BUT, Salem set the bar as high as it can go! Our house sat on the market for 5 months (with another agent), and we were desperate since we had already purchased another home and moved. I handed the job over to Salem and she charged out of the gate with her heels on! She set up a schedule of tasks for us and a whole bunch for her, to get completed; I loved having a tidy little spreadsheet to go by. She set to work on a bunch of marketing strategies and making lots of phone calls. The next thing she did was BEAUTIFULLY stage our home (it had been sitting empty). I encourage you to ask her to show you pictures of how amazing she made our house look..... I wanted to move back in! Next, she planned an entire weekend of open house showings (one day was even her birthday). She welcomed everyone in with warmth and great knowledge of our home. In 2 1/2 weeks (total time of getting the job) she got us 4 offers. We closed in Jan 2020. This professional lady took charge, mapped out a plan, delivered on every deadline, and did it all with a compassionate heart!

Salem contacted me because I had a for sale by owner sign outside of my house in Broomfield Colorado...and she had another client looking for a home in that neighborhood. I really wasn't looking to use a realtor when it came to selling my house, it was a big emotional chapter for me that I wasn't looking to close. Salem and I discussed the price point for my home so she could talk to her clients looking to purchase, and eventually it just wasn't going to be a good deal. Salem then asked me if I wanted her help with selling my home, again it was a big emotional thing for me and I was kind of dragging my feet with selling it. After some talks and some cries, I decided that it was a good idea to have her help with selling the house.
