I'd like to take a moment to thank our intern, "E" for her dedication and help this weekend as we finished up main-floor painting.
If I have to paint, it's going to be with either Sherwin Williams or Clark+Kensington. Using a good quality paint is worth every penny in time saved and quality of the product! Here we are working with Swiss Coffee by Benjamin Moore (OC-45) in Sherwin Williams. This is a beautiful, warm white with just a hint of mid-morning sunshine in it (without leaning too far into cream).

Welcome!

If you are a neighbor, we would like to extend our sincere gratitude for the warm welcome and all the introductions. You have a very special cul-de-sac full of some of the kindest folks we've met...we've joked that perhaps when we're done with the renovations we should just move in!

It's always nice to know what's going on next door, so we'll post updates here as work progresses. We'll also post estimated dates for exterior jobs, such as roofing or siding which might cause a little more racket than usual.

Property values are determined in large part by what your "neighbor" sells for; even if you are planning to stay in your home for many years to come, it's always nice to watch your nest-egg of equity grow.

We promise to treat 4875 S Holland Street with all the care and dedication this sweet home deserves. We pride ourselves in a job done right and done well, so this can be a quality home for a new family for many years to come.
