With all the sensational news about the state of the housing market, wanted to share a little moderating perspective. How long is it actually taking for homes to sell right now?

This is the median days on market OVER THE PAST FIVE YEARS for Arapahoe, Douglas, Denver, and Jefferson counties. Averages are slightly higher, but overall we're still looking at no more than ~two weeks on the market when homes are priced right and marketed well.
